An independent research institution dedicated to the study of sound assets related to the National Cultural Big Data Exchange Center.
The research institute conducts comprehensive research and development on the common human sound assets from the perspective of regional and national globalization. Relying on the National Key Laboratory of Sound Assets and benchmarking against international standards for the circulation of sound assets, it provides a system for the repeated reproduction and reorganization and regeneration of sound scenes and sound environment assets for the confirmation, assessment, trading and protection of human sound assets. With the new quality productivity of Sound Scene Port construction, it aims to build a high-quality full property rights ecosystem of human voice assets, which is an international academic core dedicated to the research, exchange and mutual learning of human voice assets.
Sound assets are a specific concept of human sound heritage. The research institute accumulates new energy of human sound cultural assets, opens up a new track for the National Cultural Big Data Trading Center and the International Sound Asset trading Center, resolutely expands the "Sound Scene Port" construction project, and earnestly fulfills the mission and responsibility of building a community with a shared future for human sound ecology.
